Returns & Warranty

Returns

Unused units in their original, undamaged presentation box may be returned within thirty days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return, contact team@shoplumierenoire.com with your order number and the reason for return. Return instructions will be provided within two business days.

Condition

The Halo must be unused and returned in its original condition, including all items included in the original shipment: the mask, USB charging cable, user guide, and presentation box. Units showing any evidence of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components are not eligible for return.

Return shipping

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Lumière Noire cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once the returned unit is received and its condition confirmed, a refund will be processed within five to seven business days to the original payment method. You will be notified by email when the refund has been issued.

Warranty

The Halo carries a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

To make a warranty claim, contact team@shoplumierenoire.com with your order number and a clear description of the defect. Lumière Noire will assess the claim and, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective unit.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modification
  • Normal wear and cosmetic deterioration over time
  • Damage caused by use contrary to the instructions provided in the user guide
  • The USB charging cable, head strap, or printed user guide

Non-returnable items

Opened units, units missing original packaging, and units with evidence of use are not eligible for return. Lumière Noire reserves the right to decline a return that does not meet the conditions stated above.
