The Halo is covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning on the date of delivery.
What is covered
Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, as judged by LUMIÈRE NOIRE in good faith.
What is not covered
Damage caused by misuse, accident, modification, exposure to liquids beyond reasonable handling, normal wear, cosmetic changes that do not affect function, and any use outside the guidance in the user manual.
How to make a claim
Write to team@shoplumierenoire.com with your order number, the date of delivery, and a description of the issue. Mail correspondence may be sent to HD Holdings and Ventures LLC, dba Lumière Noire, 329 Middle St, Newburgh, IN 47630, United States. Photographs are helpful. We will respond within five business days.
Remedy
At our option, we will repair the unit, replace it with an equivalent unit, or refund the purchase price. Shipping for warranty service is covered by LUMIÈRE NOIRE within the original country of delivery.
Limitations
This warranty is the sole warranty offered by LUMIÈRE NOIRE and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, the limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
