Processing
Orders are processed within one to three business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.
Delivery
The Halo ships worldwide. Delivery typically occurs within two to four weeks of dispatch, depending on destination country and local customs processing times. An estimated delivery window is provided at checkout.
Tracking
A tracking number is issued and sent to the email address provided at checkout once the order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take twenty-four to forty-eight hours to appear after dispatch.
Shipping costs
Tracked shipping is included in the price of every order. There are no additional shipping fees at checkout.
International orders
Lumière Noire ships to most countries worldwide. Import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not collected by Lumière Noire at the time of purchase and are not included in the price of The Halo. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.
Delays
Lumière Noire is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within thirty days of the dispatch notification, contact us at team@shoplumierenoire.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Lost or damaged shipments
In the event of a shipment confirmed lost by the carrier, Lumière Noire will arrange a replacement unit or issue a full refund at our discretion. If your order arrives in a damaged condition, contact team@shoplumierenoire.com within seventy-two hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the damage.
